چکیده
Hyperprolactinemia is commonly known as abnormal levels of prolactin hormone in the blood due to endocrine disorder. The study aimed eliminate hyperprolactinemia affecting thyroid gland by treating it with vitamin D supplements. Eighteen male rats Rattus norvegicus were divided into three groups six each : first group received normal saline for 42 days . second group, given 5 mg/kg metoclopramide intraperitoneal injection induction 14 days. third hyperprolactinemic 2.5 D3 28 After end experimental )42 days(, hormonal parameters (prolactin hormone, Triiodothyronine )T3(, and Thyroxine hormone) T4) , Thyroid stimulating )TSH( measure, was removed, processed examine histomorphological changes. result revealed a significant decrease (P≤0.01) TSH increase T3 T4 Group 3 )Hyperprolactinemia treated ( compared 2 ) group(. Histological examination sections showed restoration rats, throughout. follicles became larger, containing dense colloidal material, Vitaim structures follicles. concluded that had protective effect on stabilizing T3, T4, hormones histological architectures presence thyrocytes remarkably.

Three pairs of rats were trained to synchronize their lever pressing according to a mutual reinforcement contingency, in which alternating lever presses that fell within a 500-ms window were reinforced with food. In Experiment 1, rats worked in adjacent chambers separated by a transparent barrier, and the effects of the mutual reinforcement contingency were compared with those under yoked-contr...
